The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Bangkok

The level of customer service is what stood out the most during my stay at the Westin in Bangkok. More specifically, hotel employee from the front desk provided the highest level customer service that made my trip to Bangkok memorable and fun.

Location was great maid service was really good...most staff very helpful with bags

Had a package delivered prior to my arrival and asked to bring to my room. After check-in...front desk called me back and said it wasn't delivered... verified delivery and went myself after asking the front desk again front desk assured me it wasn't delivered. Took me about 2 minutes at the concierge downstairs to find it and take to my room. After that I was Leary about what else attention to detail is not paid to.

Hotel is perfectly located for the Asok - BTS / Sukhumvit MRT line - virtually two minutes walking way and adjacent to Terminal 21 shopping mall. The room was spacious clean and tidy, and house cleaning staff always helpful, perhaps some upgrade in furnishings / bathrooms would make it more modern! The beds and linens were also lovely to get a great nights sleep. Breakfast was great a good and varied selection and all staff were accommodating and helpful, the hotel also had a new Turkish Manager who went out of his way to ensure we had a great breakfast!

when we asked the tours operator desk about local trains to Ayutthaya she said she didn't know and started to promote their own tours which is not what we wanted! - anyway we took our our train and much more interesting than sitting on a bus or van LOL! and as mentioned some upgrades to furnishing would be a fresh help especially the bathroom areas...

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable.

The pool is very small and also the terrace bar, so we didn’t use them at all.

Liked the bathtub, was not too high, manageable getting in and out. Location was great, near the train stations, both MRT and skytrain. Breakfast was good, though it could do with a bit more variety. Service was very good. Well-maintained and very clean. The concierge team was very helpful in getting a cab for me each morning and even negotiated good rates for me when the cab drivers refuse to use the meters.

The chambermaids cleaning the rooms could have been more consistent. They sometimes forget to take away empty water bottles and/or replace them. There should be a Do Not Disturb button at the door, it only has the Clean Room button. Worries me a bit if they think there wasn't anyone in the room when I'm in.

Everything was okay, I wish there was more options in the late night menu though.

I didn’t like having to pay for room service on the spot. This has never happened during any of my previous stays at a five-star hotel.

Breakfast was incredible, staff was accommodating and knowledgable, Terminal 21 next door.

although i dont have membership number but i have stayed in this hotel now for more many years almost twice a year i have never been offered any upgrade by the hotel

1. The location was great as it was boxy to the metro system. 2. The staff were WONDERFUL and very welcoming!! I specifically want to thank Poenjit who cleaned my room and Worawit who always provided great insights about Bangkok, using the rail system and where to shop. 3. The food was so delicious, local and plenty! 4.

Nothing! To me, everything and everyone was just so wonderful and made me feel at home away from home.

The location was excellent. Breakfast had a large range of options including sweet mangoes. The pool was very good. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I required.

The thing that could be better was to have lifts for floors 5 and 6 rather than carrying your suitcase down flights of stairs.
